ASIN / Linking not removed despite product do not exist over Amazon seller central?
Cause / Findings:
This typically happens if a product is deleted directly from Amazon Seller Central and the app does not receive the deletion webhook from Amazon.
In such cases:
The product status in the app is updated to “Deleted” and moved to “Listing Not Found.”
The ASIN and linking details remain until 7 days have passed.
After 7 days, the product is automatically deleted from the “Listing Not Found” section and the ASIN gets unlinked automatically.
Workaround / Recommendation:
If a seller wants to unlink the product before the 7-day period, they can manually delete it from the “Listing Not Found” section.
No other action is required; the process is automatic after 7 days.
