Attribute

The Amazon Attribute List section allows you to view, manage, and organize product attributes for your Amazon account integration. Attributes define specific product details (e.g., color, size, material) that are essential for listing products accurately on Amazon.

Page Overview 

  1. Navigation Buttons:
    1. Back to Dashboard: Redirects you to the main dashboard.
    2. Back to Category List: Returns you to the category listing page. 
  2. Filters: 
    1. Use filters to narrow down attributes by Attribute Code, Attribute Name, Category, or Account.
    2. Active filters are displayed at the top (e.g., Attribute Code: Color).
    3. You can clear applied filters by clicking Clear All.
  3. View and Layout Options: 
    1. Default View: Toggle between saved grid views.
    2. Columns: Choose which columns you want to display in the table. 

Page Grid 

The table displays attributes in a structured format with the following columns: 
  1. Account: Shows the linked Amazon account for the attribute.
  2. Category: The Amazon product category associated with the attribute.
  3. Attribute Code: Technical name/code of the attribute (e.g., color).
  4. Attribute Name: Display name of the attribute (e.g., Couleur, Farbe).
  5. Attribute Group Code: Defines the group where the attribute belongs (e.g., product_details).
  6. Is Required: Indicates whether the attribute is Mandatory or Optional for product listings.
  7. Attribute Group Info: Click to view detailed information about the attribute group.
  8. Attribute Info: Click to view detailed attribute-level information.
  9. Actions: Delete a specific attribute. 

Actions 

  1. Bulk Actions
    1. Use the Actions dropdown (top-left of the grid) to perform bulk updates.
    2. Delete attribute(s) → Remove selected attributes permanently. 
  2. Row-Level Actions
    1. Delete: Delete a specific attribute entry.

Best Practices 

  1. Do not delete required attributes, as they may be essential for Amazon listings.
  2. Use filters when managing large datasets for easier navigation.
  3. Regularly review attributes to ensure product details remain aligned with Amazon requirements.
