The Configuration Section in the AliExpress WooCommerce Connector gives you control over how products, pricing, and orders sync between WooCommerce and AliExpress. You can update these settings anytime to align with your business operations.
This section includes three tabs:
Product Settings
Price Rule
Order Settings
Advanced Mapping
Advance Sync
Define how product titles appear on AliExpress. Combine elements like Product Type, Handle, and Title, or add SEO-friendly keywords for better visibility.
Tip: Leaving this blank defaults to the WooCommerce product title.
Manage automation between WooCommerce and AliExpress:
Product Auto Update – Automatically sync WooCommerce changes (price, inventory, etc.) to AliExpress.
Product Auto Upload Variations – New WooCommerce variants are auto-uploaded to AliExpress.
Product Auto Upload If Type Changed – If a product changes from simple to variant, update AliExpress automatically. (The simple listing is replaced by the variant listing.)
Product Auto Create – Automatically create AliExpress listings for new WooCommerce products.
Product Auto Delete – Automatically delete AliExpress listings if a product is deleted in WooCommerce.
Threshold Inventory – Define a stock buffer (e.g., 2). When inventory falls below this, the product is marked Out of Stock on AliExpress to prevent overselling.
Currency Conversion – Set conversion between WooCommerce store currency and AliExpress currency (e.g., 1 INR = 1 USD).
WooCommerce Order Name as AliExpress Order ID – Use AliExpress order ID in WooCommerce records.
Bifurcate Tax in Orders – Show tax breakdown in WooCommerce orders.
Customer Email in Order – Sync customer email from AliExpress into WooCommerce. If disabled, a placeholder (e.g., buyerid@aliexpress.com) is used.
Customer Email in WooCommerce Email – Show customer email in WooCommerce’s main field. If disabled, it is stored in the notes.
Remove AliExpress Discount From Orders – Exclude AliExpress discounts from WooCommerce orders.
Remove Shipping Cost – Exclude shipping charges from WooCommerce order records.
Sync Order – Enable automatic syncing of AliExpress orders into WooCommerce.
Custom Sync Setting – Control which product details sync from the app to AliExpress (Title, Description, Price, Weight, Images). Disabling means WooCommerce defaults are used.
Attribute Sync Settings – Choose which attributes (Price, Stock, Images, Category & Attributes) sync. Unchecked attributes will not be updated.
AliExpress pricing is global. You can set standard pricing logic to adjust WooCommerce prices before they sync to AliExpress.
Options:
Fixed Increment/Decrement – Add or subtract a fixed value.
Percentage Increment/Decrement – Increase or decrease by a percentage.
Multiply – Multiply the WooCommerce price by a set value.
None – Use WooCommerce price directly.
Which Price to Apply:
Apply to Regular Price, Sale Price, or both.
Optional:
Disable Sale Price – Use only Regular Price on AliExpress, ignoring WooCommerce Sale Price.
Tip: This is useful if you run promotions in WooCommercebut don’t want them reflected on AliExpress.
Order Settings
These options help you manage how orders are synced and displayed between WooCommerce and AliExpress.
Sync Order – Enable to automatically sync AliExpress orders into WooCommerce.
WooCommerce Order Name as AliExpress Order ID – Enable to display the AliExpress order ID inside WooCommerce order names.

If disabled, a placeholder (e.g., buyerid@aliexpress.com) or a custom email value is used.

If disabled, the customer's email appears in the order notes instead.

Remove Shipping Cost – Enable to exclude shipping charges from imported orders.
Tip: Keep “Sync Order” enabled to avoid missing orders, and only use “Remove Discounts/Shipping” if you want a simplified cost breakdown in WooCommerce .
The Advanced Mapping tab helps align WooCommerce order and tax settings with AliExpress requirements.
Choose Shipping Method
Select the WooCommerce shipping method (e.g., Flat rate) that will be used to add shipping cost when creating an order.
Choose Tax Class
Select the applicable tax class from WooCommerce (e.g., Reduced rate).
VAT is calculated based on the chosen tax class.

Order Status Mapping
Map AliExpress order statuses to WooCommerce equivalents.
Example:
AliExpress Shipping → WooCommerce Processing
AliExpress Delivered → WooCommerce On hold
Ensures both platforms remain synchronized when an order status changes.
WooCommerce Product Upload Using Tax
Enable this option to upload WooCommerce products to AliExpress with the tax rate applied.
This section lists all WooCommerce tax classes available for mapping.
The Advanced Sync tab helps fix discrepancies between WooCommerce and AliExpress by forcing updates of critical fields.
Update Shipping Carrier on WooCommerce

Sync Order Status from AliExpress and WooCommerce
Ensures order statuses match on both platforms.
