Step 7: Select Your Pricing Plan
After connecting your AliExpress account, you’ll be prompted to choose a subscription plan.
Available options include:
Free Plan – Import unlimited products, sync up to 100, basic features.
Basic Plan ($39/month) – Sync up to 1000 products, manage 100 orders/month, near real-time sync, auto-upload, 24/7 support.
Growth Plan ($79/month) – Sync up to 2000 products, manage 300 orders/month, full real-time sync, enhanced support.
Premium Plans – Higher product and order limits, advanced automation features.
You can toggle between monthly or yearly billing.
Click Subscribe under your chosen plan to proceed.
Tip: Start with the Free or Basic Plan for testing, and upgrade later as your order volume increases.
Once your plan is active, you’ll set up a Default Profile to map WooCommerce products to AliExpress.
Select AliExpress Product Category
Choose the category that best matches your products.
Category selection determines which attributes are required.
Map AliExpress Attributes
Required Attributes – Mandatory to list products (e.g., Shelf Life, Origin, Name of Food, Food Weight).
Variation Attributes – Used if your product has variations (size, color, etc.).
Recommended Attributes – Optional but improve product visibility and search ranking.
Attribute Mapping
Map each AliExpress attribute to the correct WooCommerce field.
Example: AliExpress “Brand Name” → WooCommerce “Brand”.
For fixed values (e.g., Origin = “India”), enter them manually.
Save Profile
Once attributes are mapped, click Save to finalize the profile.
Products linked to this profile will inherit these settings during upload.
Tip: Always double-check Required Attributes before saving. Missing fields will prevent product uploads.
In this step, you’ll define your default sync and product settings before uploading products to AliExpress.
Threshold Inventory – Set a minimum stock level.
Example: If you set 2, once stock drops to 2, the product will be marked Sold Out on AliExpress.
Helps prevent overselling.
Currency Conversion – Define the conversion rate between your WooCommerce store currency and AliExpress currency.
Example: 1 INR = 1 EURO → Enter 1 in the field.
Sync Order – Enable this to automatically import and sync orders between AliExpress and WooCommerce.
When enabled, new orders placed on AliExpress will appear in your WooCommerce backend.
Once all fields are configured, click Save & Proceed to complete the onboarding process.
Your store is now connected, and the integration is ready for product uploads and order syncing.
