How Can I Update the Refund Status on Shopify After Initiating a Refund on Amazon?

If the refund has already been processed on Amazon, it cannot be handled through the app. However, you can manually update the order status on Shopify:

  2. Select the relevant order and manually process the refund.

Note: Since the refund was originally completed via Amazon, it will display as a “Failed Refund” in the app.
