Templates are designed to simplify and speed up Amazon listing management. They let you bulk-manage products by automating inventory, pricing, attribute mapping, and category settings—helping you standardize product data and reduce manual effort.
To create a template:
Go to the Template section and click Add New Template.
Give it a name and choose fulfillment type (FBA or FBM).
Set Category Settings: enable GTIN exemption if needed, assign the correct Amazon product type, and complete Attribute Mapping (mandatory for successful uploads, especially for variations like size and color). Map required fields such as Offer, Shipping, Safety & Compliance, Product Identity, Product Details, Product Category, and variation attributes. You can also add recommended fields like material, style, or GTIN for better discoverability.
Configure Inventory Rules, like fixed inventory, stock limits, or auto out-of-stock removal.
Set Pricing Rules: sync prices with Shopify, add rounding preferences, and choose Standard, Sale, Business, or Minimum pricing.
Define Product Syncing (details, images, handling time).
Apply Product Filters: Manual Selection for a few SKUs or Advanced Selection with Groups/Rows for bulk updates.
Finally, save your template. If required fields are incomplete, the system will highlight errors until resolved. From the Existing Templates section, you can edit, clone, or delete templates, and upload products directly.
With Templates, you can automate, standardize, and scale your Amazon listings—making product management effortless.
