Manage Listings

This section allows you to manage how your Magento products are uploaded and updated on Amazon. You can upload products, sync inventory, or update prices directly from here. 

Page Overview 

  1. Scope (Default Store View) – Choose the Magento store view for managing products.
  2. Back to Dashboard – Returns you to the main Amazon Integration dashboard.
  3. Filters – Refine the product list (by SKU, name, status, etc.).
  4. Columns – Show/hide data columns in the grid. 

Bulk Actions  

At the top-left, you’ll find the Actions dropdown. You can select multiple products using checkboxes and perform bulk updates: 

  1. Upload Product(s): 
    1. Sends selected products to Amazon for the first time.
    2. Includes product data (title, description, images, attributes).
    3. Make sure attributes are mapped correctly before uploading.
  2. Update Inventory: 
    1. Syncs stock levels from Magento to Amazon.
    2. Useful when inventory changes due to sales, returns, or manual stock adjustments.
  3. Update Price(s): 
    1. Updates product prices on Amazon to match Magento.
    2. Useful for price changes, promotions, or currency updates. 

Page Grid 

  1. ID – Magento product ID.
  2. Thumbnail – Product image preview.
  3. Name – Product name (from Magento catalog).
  4. Type – Product type (e.g., Simple, Configurable).
  5. SKU – Magento product SKU (used to match with Amazon).
  6. Price – Product price in Magento.
  7. Quantity – Current stock level.
  8. Taille –
  9. GTIN – Global Trade Item Number (EAN/UPC/ISBN, required by Amazon).
  10. Visibility – Where the product appears in Magento (Catalog, Search).
  11. Status – Magento product status (Enabled/Disabled).
  12. Additional Info – Quick view of mapped or extra details (eye icon).
  13. Variations – Shows linked variations if the product is configurable.
  14. Account – Amazon account linked with this product.
  15. Profile – Profile assigned (mapping of Magento → Amazon attributes).
  16. Actions – 
    1. Edit – Edit product mapping or listing details.
    2. Sync – Manually sync this product with Amazon. 

How to Use 

  1. Select one or more products using checkboxes.
  2. Choose an action (Upload / Update Inventory / Update Price).
  3. Magento will process the request and push updates to Amazon.
  4. Check the product’s status to confirm successful sync. 

Pro Tips 

  1. Always upload products first before trying to update price or inventory.
  2. Use filters to find products missing GTIN or category mapping quickly.
  3. Keep SKU values consistent across Magento and Amazon to avoid errors.
