Manage Sales

The Amazon Orders section provides a centralized view of all the orders imported from your connected Amazon accounts. Here, you can track order status, manage fulfillment, and troubleshoot order sync issues directly within your Magento admin panel.

Key Features 

  1. Order Listing: View all imported Amazon orders with essential details such as Order ID, Marketplace, Purchase Date, Status, Buyer Information, and Fulfillment Channel.
  2. Filters & Search: Use the Filters option to search and narrow down orders based on status, date, marketplace, or account.
  3. Pagination & Records: The total number of orders is displayed at the top. You can set the number of orders displayed per page and navigate between pages. 

Page Grid 

  1. ID – Unique identifier for the order in Magento.
  2. Order ID – Internal order reference number in Magento.
  3. Marketplace – The Amazon marketplace (e.g., FR for France, US for the United States) where the order originated.
  4. Amazon Order ID – The official Amazon-generated order number.
  5. Account ID – The connected Amazon seller account through which the order was placed.
  6. Purchase Date – The date and time when the customer placed the order on Amazon.
  7. Created Date – The date when the order was imported into Magento.
  8. Amazon Status – The current status of the order on Amazon (e.g., Pending, Shipped).
  9. Magento Status – The status of the order within Magento (e.g., Complete, Processing).
  10. Bill-to Name – The name of the customer responsible for billing.
  11. Ship-to Name – The recipient’s name for the shipment.
  12. Grand Total (Base) – Total order amount in the base currency.
  13. Failure Reason – Displays reasons if the order sync/import failed.
  14. Store – The Magento store view linked to the order.
  15. Fulfillment Channel – Shows whether the order is fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) or Merchant (FBM).
  16. Premium Order – Indicates if the order qualifies as a premium order (e.g., Amazon Prime).
  17. Actions – Allows you to:
    1. View order details
    2. Resync an order if updates are required
    3. Delete the order

Actions Available 

  1. Import: Manually import the latest orders from Amazon. You can either import all unshipped orders or manually search and import specific orders.  
  2. Back to Dashboard: Return to the integration dashboard.
  3. Bulk Actions: Select multiple orders and perform actions such as mass deletion or synchronisation.

Filters 

The Filters option allows you to quickly search and refine orders from Amazon by applying specific conditions. This is especially useful when managing a large volume of orders and looking for particular records. 
  1. ID (From – To): Filter orders by a specific range of internal Magento IDs.
  2. Order ID: Search using the internal Magento Order ID.
  3. Marketplace: Select the Amazon marketplace (e.g., US, FR, UK) where the order was placed.
  4. Amazon Order ID: Enter the official Amazon-generated order ID to locate a specific order.
  5. Account ID: Choose the linked Amazon seller account from which the order originated.
  6. Purchase Date: Filter orders based on the date the customer purchased the item on Amazon.
  7. Created Date: Search orders by the date they were created/imported into Magento.
  8. Amazon Status: Refine orders by their current Amazon status (e.g., Pending, Shipped, Canceled).
  9. Magento Status: Narrow down orders by their Magento status (e.g., Complete, Processing, Pending).
  10. Bill-to Name: Search by the billing name associated with the order.
  11. Ship-to Name: Filter by the recipient’s shipping name.
  12. Grand Total (Base): Search based on the total order value in the base currency.
  13. Failure Reason: Identify orders that failed to sync by selecting the relevant failure reason.
  14. Store: Filter by the Magento store view associated with the order.
  15. Fulfillment Channel: Refine orders by fulfillment type:
    1. Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA)
    2. Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM)
  16. Premium Order: Filter orders based on premium classification (e.g., Amazon Prime orders).
