My order syncing has stopped. How can I fix it?

Order syncing may stop due to any of the following reasons:

  • You’ve exceeded your plan’s order limit and reached the additional syncing cap.

  • Your Amazon account is disconnected.

  • You uninstalled/reinstalled the app without completing the reconnection process.

  • Your Shopify product is not linked to its corresponding Amazon listing.

How to fix it:

  1. Open the app and check your usage stats.

  2. If applicable, reconnect your Amazon account.

  3. Link any unlinked products between Shopify and Amazon.

  4. If you’ve hit your order cap, consider upgrading your plan to resume syncing.
