The Order Section in the AliExpress WooCommerce Connector gives you a centralized workspace to manage all AliExpress orders directly within your WooCommerce store. It provides a clear view of order details, customer information, and fulfillment statuses, allowing you to monitor and process orders efficiently without switching platforms.
Orders placed on AliExpress are automatically fetched into the connector app.
Synced orders are created in your WooCommerce store within ~5 minutes.
When you fulfill an order in WooCommerce and add tracking details, these updates are pushed back to AliExpress, marking the order as fulfilled.
This bidirectional sync ensures your store and AliExpress remain in real-time alignment.
You can also fetch historical orders.
This is useful during onboarding or if previous orders were missed.
The system updates the status of any previously synced orders, keeping records consistent.
Note: Cancelled AliExpress orders are not synced to WooCommerce. This prevents discrepancies between your AliExpress account and WooCommerce store.
All – Displays every order regardless of its status.
Awaiting Shipment – Orders successfully placed and paid, but not yet shipped.
Partial Shipped – Orders where only some items have been shipped, while others are still pending.
Shipped – Orders fully shipped but not yet marked as delivered or completed.
Completed – Orders delivered to the buyer and marked as fulfilled.
Error – Orders that failed to sync due to technical or data issues (e.g., missing mapping, invalid info).
Cancelled – Orders cancelled either by the buyer or by the seller before shipment.
Managing AliExpress Orders
From the connector app:
View Orders – Click into any order to see full details:
Customer name
Shipping address
Payment method
Item details
Edit Tracking Numbers – Update tracking if changes occur post-fulfillment.
Resync Orders – Manually re-fetch orders by selecting a date range and clicking Sync Orders.
When an order shows the Error status:
It means the order couldn’t sync properly due to missing or invalid data (e.g., SKU mismatch, stock unavailable, mapping issue).
Hover over the info (i) icon to view the error message.
Fix the highlighted issue in WooCommerce or the app (such as correcting product mapping or updating inventory).
Once corrected, the order status will update automatically or can be re-synced.
Create – Used to manually generate the order in AliExpress if it didn’t sync automatically.
Example: If an order was placed in WooCommerce but failed to push to AliExpress, click Create to initiate it.
Ship – Used after you have dispatched the order.
Clicking Ship lets you add tracking details so the order can be marked as shipped both in AliExpress and WooCommerce .
With centralized order management, all AliExpress sales flow directly into WooCommerce. You can fulfill, track, and manage them alongside your WooCommerce orders — ensuring consistency, faster processing, and a smoother customer experience.
