Adjust how orders are synced and managed between Shopify and Gear Exchange.
Set how far back in time the system should fetch orders from Shopify.
How it Works:
Enter the number of days (e.g., 30) to import orders created in the past 30 days.
Orders older than this value will be excluded from syncing.
Example:
If today is May 6 and the value is set to 30, only orders from April 6 onward will be imported.
Ensure correct carrier tracking by mapping Shopify shipping carriers to Gear Exchange carriers.
Why It Matters: Mismatched carrier names can cause tracking and fulfillment issues.
How to Use:
In the Shopify column, enter the exact name of the carrier as used in your Shopify orders (e.g., 4PX, DHL Express, FedEx).
In the Gear Exchange dropdown, select the matching carrier from the available list.
Click + Add Shipping Carrier to add more mappings as needed.
To remove a mapping, click the delete icon next to it.
Click the Save button at the bottom right after making changes.
