Product Settings

The Product tab inside Settings controls how your Shopify products are handled when synced with SHEIN. The options here directly affect how your pricing flows between platforms, which can have a big impact if you run different pricing strategies on each channel.

Sync Price 

  1. When checked (enabled) – Any price update you make on Shopify will automatically push to the matching product on SHEIN. This keeps both platforms consistent and is the default behavior most sellers want.
  2. When unchecked (disabled) – Price changes on Shopify will no longer flow to SHEIN. You can manage prices independently on each platform without one overwriting the other. 

When to Disable Sync Price 

You'd typically turn this off if:
  1. Your SHEIN pricing strategy differs from your Shopify pricing — for example, you offer different promotions, region-based pricing, or competitive prices on SHEIN that you don't want overwritten.
  2. You're running A/B tests or seasonal campaigns on one platform and don't want them to affect the other.
  3. You manage SHEIN prices manually inside the SHEIN seller hub and want full control there.  
If none of these apply, leaving Sync Price enabled is the simplest way to keep your catalog consistent.
