SHEIN Account

SHEIN Account

This tab shows the current state of your SHEIN connection and lets you update it whenever needed.

Account Details

The card displays the essential information about your connected SHEIN account:
  1. Open Key ID – The unique authorization key linking the app to your SHEIN account. For security, this value is masked with asterisks, with only the last few characters visible. This protects your credentials while still letting you confirm the right account is connected.
  2. Connection status – A green Connected tag confirms the app is successfully linked to your SHEIN account and able to communicate with it. If the connection ever drops, this status would change to indicate the issue.
  3. Authorized on – The exact date and time when the account was first authorized with the app. This is useful for record-keeping or troubleshooting.

Action Buttons

At the bottom of the card, two buttons let you manage the connection:
  1. Disconnect – Removes the link between the app and your SHEIN account. Use this if you want to stop syncing with SHEIN entirely, or if you're preparing to connect a different account. After disconnecting, the app won't be able to import products, sync inventory, or process orders until you reconnect.
  2. Update/Change Account – Lets you refresh your existing authorization or switch to a different SHEIN account altogether. This is the recommended option when you want to change accounts without going through the full disconnect-and-reconnect flow.
