How can I check product variants and their status?
Click on the variant count (e.g., “4 variants”) to open a detailed view showing each variant’s inventory, price, and listing status.
Can I select specific products to publish instead of all products?
Yes, you can use filters such as SKU/Listing Status to categorise products, and then tick checkboxes to select individual or multiple products and publish them.
Why are my products showing as “Not Listed”?
This means the products are imported from Shopify but have not yet been published to Amazon’s discovery system. Head to the "Products" section of the user guide learn how to publish them.
What happens if I enter incorrect Amazon credentials?
The connection will fail, and your account will not sync. You’ll need to re-enter valid credentials to proceed.
Where do I get the Seller ID and Refresh Token?
These credentials are provided by Amazon during onboarding or shared via CedCommerce as part of the integration setup.
What happens after Shopify is connected? Can I disconnect my Shopify store later?
Once you connect, your product catalog becomes available for import, and the app prepares it for Amazon compatibility. Yes, you can disconnect your store from the Shopify Settings if needed.
What permissions does the app request from Shopify?
The app requests access to products, inventory, and related product data required for catalog sync.
Why is Shopify authorization required for the Off-Amazon Selection CedCommerce Integration?
This allows the app to securely access your product catalog, and inventory data needed for syncing with Amazon.
Will Amazon charge me any fees for this program?
Currently, Amazon does not charge fees for participating in the Amazon Shop Direct discovery experience.
Where does the customer complete the purchase?
Customers are redirected to your Shopify store, where the purchase is completed.
Do I need to list my products on Amazon to use Off-Amazon Selection CedCommerce app?
