Dashboard Section

Dashboard Section

The Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring product uploads, ad campaign performance, and overall account usage within the Ced Facebook Feed Sync & Pixel app. This section gives you a quick overview of your product status, order activity, subscription plan details, and connected accounts.

Dashboard Overview

Once you log in, the Dashboard provides you with two main tabs:
  1. Meta Data – Displays product upload status and order tracking.
  2. Ads Analytics – Displays performance insights for your active ad campaigns (covered in the Ads section).

Meta Data

Product Status

This section tracks the current state of your products synced from Shopify to Facebook Catalog.
  1. Uploaded – Number of products successfully uploaded to your Facebook Catalog.
  2. Error(s) – Number of products that failed to upload due to missing attributes or mismatched data.
  3. Warning(s) – Products uploaded but with partial/missing optional attributes that may affect ad performance.
  4. Not Uploaded – Products not yet processed for upload.
Bulk Upload button allows you to re-upload multiple products at once after fixing errors.
More Action dropdown provides additional sync options, viz., Sync Facebook Status and Sync with Shopify.

Plan Details

On the right-hand side, you can view your current subscription plan and usage:
  1. Plan Name
  2. Amount
  3. Valid Till – Duration of the plan (e.g., Lifetime for free plan).
  4. Status – Indicates whether your subscription is Active.

Connected Facebook Account

Displays the Facebook Business account connected to the app:
  1. Shows Facebook profile name and connection status (Connected).
  2. Confirms which account is currently synced.
Pro Tip: Regularly check the Errors section under Product Status. Most common issues are due to missing product IDs, pricing mismatches, or image format problems. Fixing them ensures your products are eligible for ads and catalog sync.

Ads Analytics

The Ads Analytics tab provides performance insights for your Facebook ad campaigns synced through the app. It helps you evaluate how your ads are performing and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

Ad Insights Metrics

This section displays key performance indicators (KPIs) for your Facebook ads:
  1. Clicks: Number of times users clicked on your ads.
    1. Helps track engagement.
    2. Compared with last week’s performance.
  2. Average CPC (Cost per Click): Average amount spent for each ad click.
    1. Indicates the cost-efficiency of your ads.
  3. Average CTR (Click-through Rate): Percentage of impressions that resulted in clicks.
    1. Higher CTR = better targeting and ad relevance.
  4. Average CPP (Cost per Purchase): Average cost incurred for each successful purchase through ads.
    1. Useful to measure profitability.
  5. Impressions: Number of times your ads were shown.
    1. Indicates visibility and reach.
  6. Reach: Number of unique users who saw your ads.
    1. Shows audience spread.
  7. ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Revenue generated for every dollar spent on ads.
    1. A key metric for profitability.
  8. Sales: Total number of sales generated through Facebook ads.
Each metric shows the current value and percentage change compared to last week for easy performance tracking.

Graphical Insights

Below the metrics, you’ll see a performance graph.
  1. Use this to compare metrics (e.g., clicks vs. impressions vs. sales) visually over time.
  2. The legend below the graph allows you to filter by specific KPIs.

Filters and Date Range

  1. Filters – Customize insights by campaign, product set, or specific ad groups.
  2. Select Range – Choose a time period (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days) to analyze performance trends.
This helps you compare performance across different campaigns or timeframes.

Plan Details & Connected Account

  1. Plan – Displays your subscription plan, usage limits, and upgrade option.
  2. Connected Facebook Account – Confirms the linked Facebook Business account.
  3. Important Links

    2. Visit your Shop – Takes you to your Facebook Shop.
    3. Open Ad Manager – Direct access to Facebook Ads Manager for deeper campaign control.

The Activity section notifies you about important updates, alerts, or required actions.

Notes
Regularly monitor ROAS and CPP together. If CPP is high and ROAS is low, consider refining your targeting or optimizing product data to improve ad efficiency.
