Facing issue related to product details synchronization?
If you are facing any issue related to product details synchronization, such as when changes made on the app or Shopify are synced to Amazon Seller Central but:
The updates are not reflecting on Seller Central even after several minutes, or
The updates appear on Seller Central but are not visible on the buyer page,
then this issue needs to be investigated.
What to Check:
If you have Seller Central access, proceed with the verification.
Search for the SKU in the Manage Inventory section of Seller Central.
Click Edit on the product and carefully review each section of the product details page.
Reason for This Check:
If a product is active but contains errors in its product details, Amazon temporarily stops syncing the product detail information.
In such cases, Amazon only allows synchronization of inventory and price, while blocking updates to product content until the errors are resolved.
