The Feed section allows you to monitor and manage feed submissions between your system and Amazon. Feeds represent bulk data uploads or updates (e.g., product information, pricing, inventory). This section helps you track their processing status, access feed/response files, and manage feed records.
Page Grid
Each row in the table represents a feed submission with the following details:
- ID: Unique system identifier for the feed record.
- Account: The linked Amazon account.
- Marketplace: Amazon marketplace region (e.g., DE – Germany).
- Feed ID: Unique identifier provided by Amazon for the feed submission.
- Type: Indicates the feed purpose (e.g., Product Data Upload, Price Upload, Inventory Upload).
- Operation Type: Defines the type of operation (Upload or Update).
- Status: Shows the processing state of the feed:
- In Queue → Submission pending or being processed.
- Processed → Completed.
- Created At: The date and time the feed was created/submitted.
- Feed File: View or download the original feed file.
- Response File: View or download Amazon’s response file.
- Response Document File: Access detailed response documentation from Amazon.
- Additional Data: View more detailed information about the feed.
- Actions: Manage feed entries (delete or retry).

- Bulk Actions (via dropdown)
- Sync → Refresh the feed status from Amazon.
- Delete → Remove selected feed records permanently.
- Update Status → Manually update the feed status:
- In Queue
- Processed
- Row-Level Actions
- Feed File → View or download the submitted feed file.
- Response File → View or download Amazon’s feed response.
- Response Document File → View or download detailed response documentation.
- Additional Data → View feed-specific metadata/details.
- Delete → Remove the feed record.
How to Use
1. Monitoring Feed Status
- Track the Status column to check if feeds are In Queue or Processed.
- Use Sync to refresh feed status directly from Amazon.
2. Accessing Feed & Response Files
- Use the Feed File icon to view/download the original uploaded file.
- Use the Response File and Response Document File icons to check Amazon’s feedback on the submission.
3. Updating Feed Records
- Select one or multiple feed entries using checkboxes.
- From the Actions dropdown, choose Update Status → In Queue or Processed.
4. Deleting Feeds
- Select records and use Delete from bulk actions.
- Alternatively, delete specific records using the trash icon.
Best Practices
- Always review the Response File for errors or warnings after a feed is processed.
- Use Sync frequently to ensure feed statuses are updated from Amazon in real time.
- Avoid deleting feeds before downloading and reviewing their response files.
