How can I map a Shopify carrier with a non-listed Amazon carrier?
Go to (Settings> Order Settings> Shipment) and scroll to Map Carrier Codes. Click on “add new carrier code”. Then select the desired Shopify carrier, and choose the “Add Custom” option under the Amazon Carrier Code dropdown. A new text box will appear where you can enter your unlisted carrier’s name.
Note: The following details will be synced to Amazon:
- CarrierCode: Other
- CarrierName: [Your Unlisted Carrier Name]
