How to resolve a Failed Order with the error – “Product Not Found”?

Here’s how you can fix it:

Product is not in the CedCommerce Amazon Channel App / Product is in the CedCommerce Amazon Channel App but SKU are Unlinked

  • Enable the CedCommerce Amazon sales channel from your Shopify store.

  • After the product is imported into the app, it will be automatically linked (if the Amazon SKU and Shopify SKU match exactly), and the order will be created shortly after.

  • If the SKUs are different, manually link the product by going to the Product Linking section in the app, and then create the order.
