How to resolve a Failed Order with the error – "Unable to reserve inventory"?
This error occurs when the product is out of stock or doesn’t have enough inventory in your Shopify store, causing the order to fail.
How to Fix:

Update Inventory:
Add inventory to the product in your Shopify store. The app will automatically retry and create the order after a short time.

To Resolve Immediately:

After Updating Inventory in your Shopify Store
Go to the CedCommerce Amazon app

Navigate to the Orders section
-
Search for the order using the Amazon Order ID

Click Resolve
-
Then click Create Order on Shopify
