Queue

Queue

The Queue section displays all queued operations that are pending or completed for your Amazon integration. This includes product uploads, inventory updates, price updates, and order fulfillment activities. The queue helps you track the status of each operation and take necessary actions.

Page Grid

The table provides a detailed view of queued operations:
  1. ID: Unique identifier for each queue entry.
  2. Account: Shows the linked Amazon account.
  3. Marketplace: Country or region (e.g., FR – France, DE – Germany).
  4. Operation Type: Indicates whether the operation is an Update or an Upload.
  5. Type: Specifies the kind of process (e.g., Order Fulfillment, Product Data Upload, Price Upload, Inventory Upload).
  6. Status: Displays the current state of the operation:
    1. In Queue → Pending execution
    2. Processed → Completed
  7. Created At: The date and time when the entry was added to the queue.
  8. Actions: Quick actions for each record:
    1. Delete → Remove the queue entry
    2. Retry/Refresh → Retry or refresh the operation
  9. Additional Data: View extra details about the operation.

How to Use

1. Monitoring Queue Status

  1. Check the Status column to track progress.
  2. In the Queue, items are still pending; Processed items are complete.

2. Updating Queue Entries

  1. Select entries using checkboxes.
  2. From the Actions dropdown, choose Update Status → In Queue or Processed.

3. Deleting Queue Entries

  1. Select one or multiple records.
  2. Use the Delete Queue option in bulk actions, or the Delete icon on individual rows.

4. Viewing Additional Data

  1. Click the eye icon under Additional Data to view detailed information for a specific queue entry.

Best Practices

  1. Regularly check for In Queue items to ensure smooth synchronization with Amazon.
  2. Use the Retry option in case of failures instead of deleting records immediately.
  3. Keep the queue clean by deleting old or unnecessary processed records.
