How can I assign the categories to the product(s)?
Ways to Assign Categories to Products :
1. Bulk Assignment (Template Method)
- Best for applying the same category to multiple products in one go.
- Go to Settings → Templates
- Click Add New Template
- Set the Category
- Apply filters (e.g., product type, tags, etc.) to select products
Save → All filtered products get the assigned category
👉 Ideal if you’re uploading or managing many products at once.
2. Individual Assignment (Product Level)
- Best for handling specific products that need unique attention.
- Go to Listings → Products
- Find the product
- Click on the product row to open edit mode
- The Product Type is already linked to the product
- From here, adjust the Category if needed
👉 Useful when only one/few products need updating.
⚡ In short:
Template Method = Bulk updates (fast, many at once)
Product Level = Manual updates (precise, one at a time)
