How to fix "Missing Tracking Information" error in my order?
To fix the "Missing Tracking Information" error in your order, follow these steps:
Provide Tracking Information in Shopify: Make sure you’ve entered the Tracking Number in your order on Shopify. Without a tracking number, the details won’t sync to Etsy.
Shipping Without Tracking Information: If you want to update the shipping details without providing a tracking number, enable the setting "Ship order on Etsy without tracking number" in the app.
Settings>Order Management, please see screenshot for reference.Order Value Consideration:
- For orders under $10, you can ship without a tracking number by enabling the setting mentioned above.
- For orders over $10, Etsy requires a tracking ID to be provided. Make sure the tracking number is synced to complete the order on Etsy.
