If I initiate the refund from Shopify, will the order be refunded with shipping charges?
The app creates the orders on Shopify with full details including shipping charges (if the setting is enabled). By default, Shopify does not include shipping charges when processing a refund.
If you wish to refund shipping charges for an order, you will need to manually add them in the Refund Shipping section when initiating the refund on Shopify.
