Why am I unable to find my Amazon orders in the app?

There are several reasons you might not see Amazon orders in the app:
1. Orders are still in the “Unshipped” status on Amazon:
Amazon is still verifying the authenticity of the order.
Once Amazon updates the order status to “Unshipped,” it will be fetched by the app and created on Shopify.

2. Orders failed to be created in Shopify:
Check the “Failed Orders” section in the app for more details.

3. Orders were shipped directly by another party on Amazon:
The app does not import orders that are already marked as “Shipped” on Amazon.
