Why aren't my cancelled orders updating on Shopify, even though I have initiated them from Amazon

To process the cancellation of your orders, kindly proceed with the full cancellation from Amazon.
Do not initiate a Partial cancellation as this is not supported by Shopify. Partial cancellation refers to an order; where multiple items were ordered but only a few of them are canceled.

Notes
If any order has a product with 2 or more quantities then initiate cancellation for all quantities. Other reasons for sync failure could be: - Proper reason is not provided for cancellation - The order is already paid and shipped
