I’ve already cleared excess usage charges. Why are my credits still exhausted?
Credits renew at the beginning of the next month after payment. 👉 But you can upgrade to a higher plan anytime to instantly get more credits.
What happens if I exhaust credits on the free plan?
The free plan includes 50 credits per month. Once exhausted, you have 2 options: Upgrade to a paid plan, OR Wait for credits to renew next month. ⚠️ If you don’t, your app access is revoked & order syncing stops.
Will my unused credits be carried forward if I upgrade mid-month?

Why are failed, refunded, or canceled orders counted in my order credits?
Because the app counts all orders initially marked as “unshipped” on Amazon when syncing. Even if they later get canceled/refunded, they already consumed app processing.
